Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray or melted butter.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter and add mini chocolate chips or blueberries if desired.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for a few minutes, then gently release the poppers from the pan and serve warm.
