Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin pan with non-stick spray or melted butter.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter and add mini chocolate chips or blueberries if desired.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool for a few minutes, then gently release the poppers from the pan and serve warm.
