- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, ½ cup of unsalted butter, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in 1 cup of all-purpose flour and ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg until the dough forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let the dough rest for about 5 minutes.

- In a bowl, beat 1 cup of heavy cream, then mix in ½ cup of eggnog, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, and a dash of nutmeg.
- Fill cooled puffs with eggnog cream filling and dust with powdered sugar.
