Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, ½ cup of unsalted butter, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of all-purpose flour and ½ teaspoon of ground nutmeg until the dough forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let the dough rest for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add 4 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each until glossy.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized mounds of dough onto the baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
