Preparation Steps
- Start by removing 1 pound of pizza dough from the fridge and allowing it to rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange 6 slices of bacon.
- Bake the bacon for about 15 minutes until crispy, then let it cool.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil and season 3 boneless chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Sear for 5 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 17-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to create a rectangle. Spread ½ cup of Caesar dressing on top, layer the cheeses, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
- Fold the dough over the filling and shape it into a log, sealing the edges tightly.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg for a golden crust and optionally sprinkle more cheese on top.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.

Notes
For best results, use a meat thermometer to check chicken doneness and avoid overstuffing the filling.
