Step-by-Step Instructions for Christmas Eggnog Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, eggnog, spiced rum, white sugar, vanilla extract, and butter until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, sift together the flour, pudding mix, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir gently until just incorporated.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan(s) and bake for 30-55 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
