- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish with butter or line it with parchment paper.

- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.

- Cut in softened butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.

- In a separate bowl, combine the creamy or chunky peanut butter with a touch of granulated sugar until smooth.

- Press half of the oatmeal crumble into the bottom of your prepared baking pan. Spread the peanut butter fudge layer evenly over the crumble.

- Sprinkle the remaining crumble on top and evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the top, pressing them lightly into the mixture.

- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and slightly jiggles in the middle.

- Allow to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack before cutting into pieces.
