Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and one egg along with sweet corn, diced green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fill each tortilla chip with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Avoid overfilling to prevent spillage.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the filled chips.
