- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
 - Prepare your baking sheets by lightly greasing or lining with parchment paper. Arrange the tortilla chips cup side up.
 - In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and one egg along with sweet corn, diced green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
 - Fill each tortilla chip with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture. Avoid overfilling to prevent spillage.
 - Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the filled chips.
 - Bake for 13-15 minutes until the tops are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
