Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook for about 2-3 minutes or until they float. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add 2 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Gradually add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the sauce, folding gently to coat. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on low heat.
  6. Transfer to serving plates and garnish with parsley and additional Parmesan cheese. Serve hot.
