Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Stir in melted butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into a greased tart pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the baked crust from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, condensed milk, egg, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the pumpkin filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes until filling is set.
  5. Let the tart cool in the pan for at least 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate for a refreshing treat or serve at room temperature.
