- Chill the mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
 - Whisk together heavy cream, milk, and apple brown sugar syrup until thick and forming soft peaks.
 - Return bowl to the freezer for an additional 5 minutes to firm up the foam.
 
Chai Latte Assembly
- In a tall glass, combine chai tea concentrate with your choice of milk and stir gently.
 - Fill the glass with ice, leaving space for the cold foam.
 - Pour prepared cold foam over the ice and chai latte, then sprinkle cinnamon on top.
