  • 2 tablespoons Apple Brown Sugar Syrup homemade with apple juice concentrate and brown sugar
  • 2 cups Ice add generously
Cold Foam
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream for a luxurious foam topping
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon optional for garnish

Method
 

Cold Foam Preparation
  1. Chill the mixing bowl and whisk in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Whisk together heavy cream, milk, and apple brown sugar syrup until thick and forming soft peaks.
  3. Return bowl to the freezer for an additional 5 minutes to firm up the foam.
Chai Latte Assembly
  1. In a tall glass, combine chai tea concentrate with your choice of milk and stir gently.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, leaving space for the cold foam.
  3. Pour prepared cold foam over the ice and chai latte, then sprinkle cinnamon on top.
