Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Hot Chocolate Cookies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Cream together for 3-5 minutes until light and fluffy.

- In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa mix, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
