Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Form the chicken mixture into 8 equal patties.
Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
While the patties are cooking, prepare the slider buns by toasting them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
Assemble the sliders by placing a chicken patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with chopped bacon, shredded lettuce, a slice of tomato, and pickles if desired.
Place the top half of the bun on each slider and serve immediately.
