For the Garlic Butter
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter Or olive oil for a healthier option
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes Optional

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into strips roughly 1 inch wide.
  3. Tie each strip of dough into a knot and place them on the baking sheet with space in between.
  4. Melt the butter and mix in garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Brush each knot with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
  6. Bake the knots for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Brush with reserved garlic butter after baking and serve warm.
