- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick and cut into strips roughly 1 inch wide.
- Tie each strip of dough into a knot and place them on the baking sheet with space in between.
- Melt the butter and mix in garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Brush each knot with the garlic butter mixture, reserving some for later.
- Bake the knots for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush with reserved garlic butter after baking and serve warm.
