Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually fold in the low-fat Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Divide the kneaded dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a 6-inch oval shape.
- Spoon about 15g of pizza sauce on one half of each oval, leaving a ½-inch border. Top with 20g of low-fat cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a half-moon shape and seal the edges with a fork.
- Place on the baking tray and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool on the tray for about 5 minutes before serving.
