Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a tray lined with parchment paper to form rounded mounds.
  4. Insert popsicle sticks into each mound and smooth the tops, then freeze for 2-3 hours.
  5. Melt chocolate chips in a bowl, adding a teaspoon of coconut oil for extra smoothness.
  6. Dip each frozen bar into the melted chocolate and place back on the tray; freeze for another 30 minutes.
