Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy placement of the balls.
  2. Crush the Red Velvet Oreos in a food processor until fine; if unavailable, use a zip-lock bag and rolling pin.
  3. In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese until smooth, then incorporate the crushed Oreos until dough-like.
  4. Using a scoop, form the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for at least 2 hours until firm.
  6. Melt the light green candy melts in 30-second intervals in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring between each.
  7. Dip each ball in the melted candy using a fork, allowing excess to drip off before returning to the sheet.
  8. Drizzle remaining melted candy over the tops and add a red candy heart on each while still soft.
  9. Chill the coated balls for another 30 minutes until the coating is set, then store them in an airtight container.
