Step-by-Step Instructions for S’mores Cookie Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract, beating well until fully combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, graham crackers, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Press half of the dough evenly into the bottom of the lined baking pan.
