Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the corn on the cob pieces in a large baking dish.
  3. In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the prepared corn, making sure each piece is fully coated.
  5. Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the coated corn.
  6. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, carefully remove the foil, return the dish to the oven, and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. For extra crisp, optionally switch to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes.
