- Arrange the corn on the cob pieces in a large baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and optional red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture evenly over the prepared corn, making sure each piece is fully coated.
- Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the coated corn.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake for 20 minutes.

- For extra crisp, optionally switch to broil and broil for 2-3 minutes.
