Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, onion, eggs, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a clean surface and shape it into a loaf. Place it in the prepared loaf pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, additional Parmesan, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread this glaze over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
