Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the biscuit dough on a floured surface and cut into 4-inch circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough circle, fold edges over, and seal well.
  5. Arrange filled bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle grated Parmesan and parsley before baking.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving warm with dipping sauces.
