  4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the whipped eggs and sugars, then add the sifted dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized dollops of dough onto a lined baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes.
