Ingredients

For the Salad Base
  • 1 bag Coleslaw Mix Substitution: Shredded green cabbage and carrots work beautifully for added color.
  • 15 oz Black Beans Substitution: Swap in any canned beans; just rinse and drain before adding.
  • 15 oz Canned Corn Kernels Substitution: Use fresh or frozen corn; roasting enhances the flavor.

  • 3 stalks Green Onions Substitution: Chives make for a lovely alternative.
  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro Substitution: Parsley provides a nice alternative for cilantro haters.
