- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, black beans, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the corn mixture and stir gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Just before serving, fold in the Fritos corn chips for added crunch.
- Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
