- Lay large flour tortillas flat and distribute sliced roast beef and shredded cheese evenly.
- Tightly roll up each tortilla, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
- Brush the exterior of each roll with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, and dried parsley on top.
- Place the roll ups seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
