  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh.
  • 2 stalks Green Onions Chopped for garnish.
For Cooking

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Extra virgin recommended.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté seasoned chicken thighs for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Lower the heat and add minced garlic and chili paste, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously and allowing to simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  5. Add spinach and green onions to the skillet, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts.
  6. Toss the cooked ramen noodles into the skillet, ensuring they are well coated with the sauce, and heat through for 2 minutes.
  7. Plate the ramen and garnish with remaining green onions, and serve immediately.
