Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add sea scallops to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden. Flip and add herbs, cooking for another 2 minutes until opaque.
  4. Reduce heat, squeeze lemon juice over scallops, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Mix gently.
  5. If desired, stir in heavy cream, allowing to simmer for an additional minute.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce and distribute scallops.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with Parmesan cheese and additional herbs.
