Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Quarter the English muffins and place them evenly at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  3. Whisk together 8 large eggs and 2 cups of whole milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the muffin base, then add diced Canadian bacon, and pour the egg mixture evenly.
  5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown on top and the center is set.
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes, then drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.
