- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Quarter the English muffins and place them evenly at the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Whisk together 8 large eggs and 2 cups of whole milk. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the muffin base, then add diced Canadian bacon, and pour the egg mixture evenly.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown on top and the center is set.
- Let it rest for a few minutes, then drizzle with hollandaise sauce before serving.
