Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine instant yeast and honey with warm water. Let sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Stir in all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil until a sticky dough forms. Cover and let rise for 45–60 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin with olive oil. Scoop the dough into muffin cups, and drizzle additional olive oil on top.
  4. Sprinkle chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt on top. Bake for 18–20 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  5. Allow muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Best enjoyed warm.
