- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, dry rice, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mixed vegetables, diced tomatoes, chicken stock, and fajita spice mix. Stir well.
