Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate protein powder, rolled oats, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to ensure even distribution of the dry ingredients.
  2. Gradually add the almond milk and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, stirring until fully combined. If you prefer a sweeter bowl, add honey or maple syrup at this stage.
  3. Fold in the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, reserving a few for topping.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or individual bowls. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top and add the reserved marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. For a warm treat, microwave the bowl for 30-60 seconds until heated through. Alternatively, enjoy it cold.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious protein-packed s'mores bowl!
