  • 3 cups Chex cereal any variety
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup mixed nuts salted or unsalted
  • 1 cup bagel chips broken into pieces
  • 1 cup dill pickle-flavored popcorn
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/4 cup dill pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzel sticks, mixed nuts, bagel chips, and dill pickle-flavored popcorn.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, dill pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mixture and gently stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
