Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. Cream together the butter, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Then mix in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fold in the diced peaches until well distributed.
  7. Fill the cupcake liners about 2/3 full with the batter.
  8. Bake for 18-22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Frosting
  1. Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually mix in the honey and vanilla extract.
  2. Add powdered sugar until fluffy and spreadable.
  3. Frost each cooled cupcake with the cream cheese frosting.
  4. Optionally top with peach slices or drizzle with honey.
