Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream together the butter, sugar, and honey until light and fluffy.

- Add powdered sugar until fluffy and spreadable.
- Frost each cooled cupcake with the cream cheese frosting.
