Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the whole graham crackers into fine crumbs and combine with powdered sugar and melted butter.
- Lightly grease a mini muffin pan and press the graham cracker mixture firmly into each cup.
- Bake the crust for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and place a piece of chocolate into each crust.
- Cut marshmallows in half and place one half on top of each chocolate piece.
- Bake again for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
