Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 8 whole Graham Crackers finely crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted
For the Filling
  • 4 ounces Milk Chocolate Candy Bars (Hershey’s)
  • 6 large Marshmallows cut in half

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the whole graham crackers into fine crumbs and combine with powdered sugar and melted butter.
  3. Lightly grease a mini muffin pan and press the graham cracker mixture firmly into each cup.
  4. Bake the crust for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and place a piece of chocolate into each crust.
  6. Cut marshmallows in half and place one half on top of each chocolate piece.
  7. Bake again for 2-3 minutes until marshmallows are golden and puffed.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan.
