- Cook your chosen rice according to the package instructions. Rinse the rice under cool water. Set aside once cooked.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and brown for 5-7 minutes.

- Layer cooked rice into serving bowls and top with the turkey mixture. Add any additional toppings.
