- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Heat the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth—this should take about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour 2 cups of Ritz Bits Peanut Butter Crackers into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the melted chocolate mixture over the crackers and gently toss them using a rubber spatula until every cracker is evenly coated with chocolate.
- In a gallon-sized zip-top bag, combine 1 cup of powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of hot chocolate mix. Seal the bag and shake the ingredients together until they are well mixed.
- Carefully add the chocolate-coated Ritz Bits into the zip-top bag with the powdered sugar mixture. Seal the bag tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
- Spread the coated Ritz Bits onto a sheet of wax paper in a single layer and allow them to set for about 10 minutes in a cool, dry place.
