- In a mixing bowl, scoop out the creamy coconut yogurt and add honey or maple syrup to taste. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet. Spread evenly to about ½ inch thick.
- Sprinkle a mix of fresh berries over the yogurt layer and press them lightly into the yogurt. Sprinkle chia seeds across the top.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until solid.
- Remove from the freezer, lift the edges of the parchment paper, and break into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
