Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, scoop out the creamy coconut yogurt and add honey or maple syrup to taste. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet. Spread evenly to about ½ inch thick.
  3. Sprinkle a mix of fresh berries over the yogurt layer and press them lightly into the yogurt. Sprinkle chia seeds across the top.
  4. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2-3 hours, or until solid.
  5. Remove from the freezer, lift the edges of the parchment paper, and break into bite-sized pieces. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
