  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese and eggs until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the shredded mozzarella, reserving a small handful for topping later. Add mini turkey pepperoni, most of the grated parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella and turkey pepperoni. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
