Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Add the softened unsalted butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually pour in room temperature water, mixing with a fork until a cohesive dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough to approximately 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
  6. Cut the dough into desired shapes using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  7. Place the cut crackers on the prepared baking sheet with space between them.
  8. If desired, sprinkle sea salt over the top of the crackers.
  9. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Allow the crackers to cool on the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
