Preparation Steps

  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 375°F (190°C), or bake at 400°F (200°C).
  5. Grill or bake the chicken for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
