Preparation
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer half of the diced Canadian bacon in the prepared baking dish.
- Scatter half of the English muffin pieces over the bacon layer.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining Canadian bacon and English muffin pieces.
Egg Mixture
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
Chilling and Baking
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) if not done earlier.
- Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle paprika over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Serving
- While baking, warm the hollandaise sauce.
- Drizzle the warm hollandaise sauce over the baked casserole and garnish with chopped parsley.
