  • 1 Carrot, shredded Try bell peppers if you prefer.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine honey, rice wine vinegar, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and sesame oil. Whisk until smooth and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Chop romaine lettuce, red cabbage, and Napa cabbage. Shred a carrot and add to a large salad bowl.
  3. Dice crispy fried chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and fold them gently into the salad bowl.
  4. Sprinkle sliced almonds and chow mein noodles over the salad. Drizzle with the chilled dressing and toss lightly.
