Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a stand mixer, combine sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract, and vanilla extract. Mix on low speed until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar until a thick, moldable dough forms. The dough should be slightly sticky but hold together.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface, knead for about 5-7 minutes, and roll out to ½ inch thickness.
  4. Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles from the rolled dough. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes if sticky.
  5. Melt chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments. Dip the chilled patties fully in melted chocolate.
  6. Place coated patties on parchment paper and refrigerate for about 20 minutes until chocolate is hardened.
