Preparation and Baking
- Preheat your oven to 160°C (or 140°C for a fan oven). Line an 8x8-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
- Melt the salted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat then let it cool slightly. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter with caster sugar and soft light brown sugar. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the medium eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until well combined and glossy.
- Gradually fold in the plain flour with a spatula until no streaks remain.
- Fold in the Kinder chocolate pieces, broken Kinder Bueno segments, and both types of chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
- Spread the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are golden brown and center has a slight wobble.
- Remove from the oven, cool in the tin for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours before cutting.

Notes
Ensure eggs are at room temperature and avoid overmixing for a chewy texture. Refrigerating enhances the flavor and texture of blondies. Use a sharp knife to cut into squares.
