  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract opt for pure vanilla extract
  • 200 g Plain Flour do not use self-raising flour

  • 100 g Kinder Chocolate star ingredient for chocolaty goodness
  • 100 g Kinder Bueno broken into segments
  • 50 g Milk Chocolate Chips can substitute with dark chocolate chips
  • 50 g White Chocolate Chips can be omitted if desired

Method
 

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat your oven to 160°C (or 140°C for a fan oven). Line an 8x8-inch baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the salted butter in a medium saucepan over low heat then let it cool slightly. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter with caster sugar and soft light brown sugar. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the medium eggs and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until well combined and glossy.
  4. Gradually fold in the plain flour with a spatula until no streaks remain.
  5. Fold in the Kinder chocolate pieces, broken Kinder Bueno segments, and both types of chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 35-40 minutes until edges are golden brown and center has a slight wobble.
  7. Remove from the oven, cool in the tin for about 10 minutes, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours before cutting.
