Preparation
- Prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan, lining it with foil or parchment paper.
- In a double boiler, combine chocolate chips, butter, sweetened condensed milk, and hot chocolate mix. Melt over medium heat, stirring for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from heat and fold in 2 cups of marshmallows. Add vanilla and mix well.
- Pour mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Top with remaining marshmallows.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares.
- Melt remaining chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the squares.
- Let the chocolate set completely at room temperature or refrigerate for quick results.
