- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, and dairy-free milk. Mix until a thick batter forms.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the pitted dates, dairy-free milk, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the brownie batter evenly, then pour the date caramel on top.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the caramel layer. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and sea salt on top.
- Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours until set. Let sit at room temperature before cutting into squares.
