Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond butter, and dairy-free milk. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the pitted dates, dairy-free milk, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Spread the brownie batter evenly, then pour the date caramel on top.
  4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the caramel layer. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and sea salt on top.
  5. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 2 hours until set. Let sit at room temperature before cutting into squares.
