- Moisten the rim of a chilled martini glass with caramel syrup and dip it into brown sugar to coat. Place the glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
- Add 2 oz of vanilla vodka, 1 oz of crème brûlée liqueur, 1 oz of heavy cream, 0.5 oz of caramel syrup, and 0.5 oz of simple syrup into the shaker filled with ice.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
- Remove the glass from the freezer and strain the mixture into it.
- Drizzle caramel syrup over the top and add a vanilla bean or curl as garnish.
