  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs can substitute with digestive biscuits
  • 1 cup additional graham cracker crumbs can substitute with cocoa powder or crushed nuts

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in the graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until the mixture is thick and sticky.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or 15-20 minutes in the freezer.
  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into small balls, about 1 ¼ inches in diameter.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
  6. Place the rolled balls back in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
