Preparation Steps
- Crush the biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into the springform pan and chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour cheesecake filling over the biscuit base and smooth the top. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours.
- Prepare the topping by washing and slicing the berries. Arrange on top of the cheesecake and drizzle with cherry filling.
- Serve chilled, slicing into wedges and optionally garnishing with extra berries.
