- Beat the egg whites in a clean bowl until frothy.
- Set up your assembly line: start with onion rings, then the bag of corn starch, the bowl of egg whites, and the bag with the cheese coating.
- Coat each onion ring with corn starch, then egg whites, and finally the cheese mixture, placing them on the wire rack.
- Bake for 11-14 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces.
