  2. Unwrap tofu, cut into bite-sized cubes, and set aside.
  3. Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch until evenly coated.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes to prepare the sauce.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry tofu cubes until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  6. Reduce heat, pour sauce over tofu, and toss to coat. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve hot.
