Step-by-Step Instructions for Fried Olives
  1. Begin by draining your olives and patting them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a shallow dish, pour some flour. In a separate bowl, beat an egg until smooth, and place panko breadcrumbs in a third dish.
  3. Dredge each olive in flour, dip it in the beaten egg, then roll it in panko breadcrumbs until fully covered.
  4. Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and allow it to preheat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place the coated olives in a single layer in the air fryer basket and lightly mist them with cooking oil spray. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, carefully remove the fried olives from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
